2. What data is collected
- Email address (submitted via the watchlist or contact form)
- Name and message body (when sent through a contact form)
- Source of the submission (e.g. footer, target request)
- Timestamp of the submission
- Preferred locale (en or hu)
3. Purpose
To notify watchlist subscribers when the lvkit.dev alpha opens, to send occasional product updates, and to reply to messages submitted through contact forms. The data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis
Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give consent by subscribing or sending a message and may withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or requesting deletion. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
5. Retention
Your email address is stored until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then archived or removed.
6. Data processors
Data is stored using Lovable Cloud (Supabase, EU region) and delivered via Resend for transactional email. These processors only handle technical storage and delivery and do not use the data for their own purposes.
7. Your rights
- Access: request a copy of the data stored about you
- Rectification: ask to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent (unsubscribe)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Hungary: naih.hu)
8. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to a.marcell.varga@gmail.com with the subject unsubscribe. Your record will be removed within 30 days.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (HTTPS) and only the data controller has access to it.
